BuildMission is an independent product in development, operated by Jonathan Shreckengost. This notice covers this early access website.

What we collect

When you sign up, we store your email address, selected team size, signup timestamp, and the version of the privacy notice you agreed to. Your submission records consent to receive early access and product update emails.

Why we use it

We use these details to manage early access invitations, understand interested team sizes, and send BuildMission product updates. We do not sell your details or use advertising trackers.

Storage and retention

Signup records are stored on the server operating this website, outside public web files. They are retained for up to 12 months and removed by daily cleanup. The hosting provider processes the records to operate the site. When signup notifications are enabled, your signup details are also sent to our business mailbox through Google Workspace to manage early access. Email copies follow the same 12-month retention policy. Technical request metadata such as IP addresses may appear in hosting logs; it is not included in signup records. The site operator should limit log retention to 30 days and backup retention to 30 days.

Your choices

You can withdraw consent, request access or correction, or ask for deletion by emailing hello@buildmission.ai. We will handle requests within 30 days. Withdrawal stops further product emails. Deleted records may remain in restricted backups for up to 30 days.

Cookies and external services

The signup form uses an essential security cookie to prevent forged submissions. The interactive demo uses a temporary server connection; it does not connect to Azure DevOps or any AI provider. There are no analytics, advertising cookies, or external fonts on this site.
